Description of the preparation:
Cooking pizza in tartlets is not more difficult, but much faster and easier than traditional pizza. Such pizza in tartlets is a great option for appetizers for a buffet or festive table. See a step-by-step recipe and cook mini-pizzas to your taste!
Prepare the ingredients.
Pour milk into a bowl for kneading dough, add sour cream, salt, and soda. Pour 0.5 teaspoon of lemon juice over the baking soda.
Add melted butter.
Pour the sifted flour, knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces weighing about 60 grams.
Grease baking tins with olive or any other vegetable oil.
Roll out the dough into flat cakes, put in tins, flatten over the entire surface.
The end of a teaspoon can make a small decor at the edges of the dough.
Put tomato trade wind or chopped tomatoes in your own juice at the bottom of the tartlet.
Grate the mozzarella and put on top of the tomato sauce.
Cut the bacon into pieces and put in tartlets.
Add olives to the tartlets, place the cherry tomato in the center. Sprinkle with dry basil.
Sprinkle tartlets on top with grated Parmesan, drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until cooked.
Carefully remove the tartlets from the tins, serve to the table. Tartlets turned out to be very tasty, besides, they look, in my opinion, very beautiful and appetizing!
