Mineral pork skewers with lemon
Description of preparation:
The time for marinating barbecue with lemon is short. Lemon juice softens the meat well, so this marinade is considered an express recipe. I also note that it is better to salt 15 minutes before frying so that the juice is preserved in pieces of meat, rather than flowing into the marinade.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons. Put the "squeezes" aside, they will come in handy.
Cut the peeled onions into rings.
Visually divide the amount of chopped onion into three parts. Also do lemon squeezes. Put one part of onion and lemon on the bottom of a deep bowl.
On a layer of onion and lemon, lay out a piece of meat sliced with medium slices.
Put the next layer of onion and lemon and so on alternate with pieces of meat. The top layer should be onion and lemon. Pepper and remember with your hands meat with onions and lemon.
Pour lemon juice into the bowl with meat and remember again with your hands.
Pour mineral water. It is important that the bottle is not opened in advance! Press the meat to the bottom of the bowl.
Put the yoke on top. It could be a plate, for example. Let the skewers marinate at room temperature for 1 hour 30 minutes.
15 minutes before the end of the specified time, remove the oppression, salt, mix and leave until the end of the time.
After the time of pickling, string the meat on skewers, alternating with onion rings (optional).
Fry the shish kebab on the grill, turning the skewers to form a smooth golden crust.
On pieces of meat where fat is allowed, the presence of tanning. Remove the prepared barbecue from the heat and immediately serve to the table.
