Description of the preparation:
We prepare the minced meat on our own, only in this way we will be sure of the final result. For minced meat we use pork. I propose to make tomato sauce – this is the best option for meatballs. Be sure to take a note of the recipe, I'm sure you will like it!
Prepare the ingredients.
Peel the carrots and onions, rinse and dry the vegetables. Grate the carrots on a medium grater, cut the onions into cubes.
Cut the pork into small cubes. Transfer meat to a bowl of a hood, turn into minced meat.
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the finished rice there.
Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil, add to the minced meat.
Next beat a chicken egg in a bowl. Add all the spices and minced garlic to the minced meat.
Stir the ingredients. Form meatballs, roll them in corn breading.
Fry meatballs on each side for 3-4 minutes.
Add tomato to the pan, cover everything with a lid and simmer for 25 minutes.
