Milk cabbage soup is also great for those on a diet. It will not add extra centimeters to you in volume, it contains almost no carbohydrates. If you wish, you can add any seasoning or spices to its taste.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Peel the onions and rinse in water. Peel off the top leaves from the cabbage. Cut the onion into small cubes and saute for about 3-4 minutes on moderate heat in heated vegetable oil in a saucepan or cauldron.
Cut the white cabbage into ribbons of any size and place in a saucepan.
Add chicken seasoning, salt, stir everything and fry with the onion for about 2-3 minutes.
Pour in milk of any fat content, bring the contents of the container to a boil and reduce the heat to moderate so that the milk does not run away. Boil the soup for about 5-6 minutes until the cabbage is soft.
Taste hotter and turn off the heat. If desired, you can add chopped dill or parsley a minute before the end of cooking.
Pour the milk soup into deep bowls and serve hot with savory baked goods.
