Meatballs are a versatile meat dish that will complement any side dish – rice, buckwheat, potatoes, pasta, etc. Adding cauliflower to the minced meat will make the meatballs more juicy and appetizing. I suggest using minced chicken, I have homemade minced meat, with the addition of herbs and spices: salt, pepper, paprika, dried onion and garlic flakes. You can stuff the minced meat with your favorite spices.
Prepare your ingredients.
Grate cauliflower on a coarse grater, transfer to a bowl with minced meat.
Mix everything well. If your mince is store-bought, add salt, pepper, spices, garlic, a little onion.
Form small round pieces.
Dip the meatballs in the breadcrumbs.
Fry meatballs in vegetable oil until golden brown, 5-7 minutes.
Pour the meatballs with tomato, add spices and simmer covered for 25 minutes.
