Description of the preparation:
I really like this salad for its fullness and originality. Salads with nuts are all somehow special interesting. They are always very popular at the festive table, perhaps because this is not a well-worn version of the salad, not like the usual “Crab” and “Olivier”. Try to cook this salad and you!
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Pre-cook the pork until cooked. Hard-boiled eggs.
Finely chop the half-boiled pork. You can decorate the salad simply in layers or using a serving ring. Put the meat in the first layer. Cover the mesh mayonnaise.
Next, lay the cucumbers cut into small cubes.
The next layer is grated eggs. Cover this layer with mayonnaise.
Now lay out the second half of the chopped meat. Again, lightly grease with mayonnaise.
Finely chop the nuts with a knife. I use raw nuts, but you can dry them in the oven, only then will the husk crumble, and this is not very tasty.
Carefully remove the serving ring, decorate the salad to your liking. Bon Appetit!
