Description of the preparation:
Preparing a meat salad with mushrooms at home is very simple and quick – it takes 20-30 minutes from strength, unless of course you prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance. If desired, you can cook this salad in a warm form – just fry the meat with mushrooms and onions. Or you can cool the salad in advance and it will be a completely different taste, and I don’t even know what I liked more! Experiment!
Prepare all the ingredients. Boil meat in salted water and jacket potatoes until ready.
Dice the mushrooms and onions and fry until cooked.
Spread the salad in layers, grease each layer with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Put the grated potatoes on a coarse grater with the first layer.
Put the meat sliced in small pieces on top.
Grate the cucumbers, gently squeeze them from moisture and lay out with the next layer.
Top with mushrooms fried with onions. Meat salad with mushrooms is ready. You can decorate the salad to your taste.
I made a net of mayonnaise on top and sprinkled with fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
