Meat rolls in tomato sauce are satisfying and tasty. You will need pork for the recipe, and use mushrooms and onions for the filling.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the pork into plates, beat off and add spices – salt and pepper.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Rinse the mushrooms, cut them into medium pieces.
Fry the mushrooms and onions in a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry for 5-6 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the mushroom filling on each slice of meat.
Roll up the rolls.
Fry the meat rolls in vegetable oil, spreading them seam side down to prevent them from unrolling, or secure with toothpicks.
Pour in the sauce; for this, dilute the tomato paste with water. Simmer the rolls in tomato sauce for 35-40 minutes until tender.
Serve hot, any side dish is suitable.
