Cooking description:
Tomato paste should be of excellent quality, and the zucchini is not too large in size. They should not contain seeds inside. In order for the can with conservation to stand perfectly all winter, it must be sterilized.
Prepare your ingredients. The quantity is calculated for a 0.5 liter can.

Put sprigs of washed dill and peppercorns in a jar.

Wash, peel and slice the squash. Put them in a jar.

Pour water into a ladle, add salt, sugar and tomato paste. Pour in vegetable oil. Bring the marinade to a boil.

Pour the prepared marinade over the zucchini.

Add vinegar.

Cover the jar with a lid. Sterilize it for 3 minutes and then screw the cap back on.

These are the zucchini! Be sure to store them in a dark and cool place.
