The taste of bread is very well emphasized by coriander or caraway seeds. Choose your own spices as you wish. The bread needs to be well cooled, otherwise the bread structure will be broken.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Dissolve the malt in warm water.
In the bread bucket, load the ingredients according to the instructions. In my case, the liquid ones go first, after the dry ones. Turn on the "Basic" mode, time 3 hours 40 minutes.
During the batch, make sure that the dough is collected in a uniform lump. Then close the lid and do not open until the bread is cooked.
After completing the program, remove the bread and pull it out of the bucket. Lay on its side and refrigerate.
