Mackerel in Italian – a step-by-step recipe with a photo on Povar.ru

Cooking description:

Make cuts in mackerel, stuff the fish with lemon and tomatoes. Add soy sauce and Italian herbs. It will turn out very tasty and nutritious, you can serve fish with vegetables or with rice. I think you will like it, try it!

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel the fish – remove the head, entrails. Rinse and dry the carcass, make small cuts – as in the photo.

Cut the tomatoes and lemon into thin slices. Place a slice of lemon and tomato in each cut.

Transfer the fish to an ovenproof dish.

Pour soy juice on the fish, squeeze out the lemon juice, sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.

Seal the form with foil, bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
