Description of the preparation:

Lviv cheesecake can be prepared not only with lemon zest. If desired, add raisins, dried apricots or dried cherries. If you want to simplify the process, instead of preparing the glaze, you can melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and add a little milk to it. Pour cheese cake with liquid chocolate. Lviv cheesecake is usually served chilled. It is advisable that after cooking the cheesecake stand for 3 hours and become a little denser.

Add the yolks to the curd. Squirrels are sent to a separate bowl and cool.

Add the butter.

Remove the zest from the lemon and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Mix everything with a blender.

Beat the cooled proteins with a mixer in a stable foam.

Combine the curd with protein. Gently mix with a spoon or spatula.

Next, add starch. If the mass is very thick – a minimum of starch, if fluid, add 2 tbsp. spoons and mix everything carefully.

A bowl of multicookers grease with butter.
We spread the curd mass in it. Set the baking mode. Cooking 40-45 minutes.

Cooking chocolate icing.
You can cook in a slow cooker or on a stove in a saucepan.
Combine cocoa, sugar and add milk. Cook continuously stirring over low heat. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add butter and a little lemon juice. Mix and cool to room temperature.

Cheesecake in the slow cooker is ready. Open the lid and leave for 30 minutes.

After cooling, the syrniki is transferred to the dish. We install a steam sieve in the bowl. Turn the bowl over. The syrnik falls on a sieve. Then, move the cheesecake to the dish.

Cool the syrniki and pour with chocolate icing. Cool.
