London salad combines juicy fresh vegetables, chicken eggs and boiled chicken meat. The salad turns out to be healthy and tasty. Prepares quickly and easily.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the cucumbers into half rings, cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Cut the red onion into half rings, cut the olives into halves.
Place the chopped vegetables and olives on a platter.
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, then cool and cut into plates. Place the meat in the salad.
Also add bell pepper slices and boiled chicken eggs to the salad. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and you're done. Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs. Good appetite!
