Liver cake without mayonnaise turns out to be tasty and healthy, use natural yogurt, dill and garlic for the sauce for flavor and pungency. Prepare liver pancakes based on a simple dough of chicken liver, eggs, flour and yogurt. You can use sour cream instead of yogurt.
Prepare all ingredients.
Put the washed chicken liver into a blender bowl, beat in a chicken egg.
Pour in 100 grams of natural yogurt.
Add wheat flour.
Grind the liver in a blender, add spices to taste.
Grease a frying pan with oil, fry not very large liver pancakes. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of dough, smooth and fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes.
For the filling, fry the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots, sauté the vegetables with a little oil for 2-3 minutes. Then cool completely.
For the sauce, combine yogurt, finely chopped dill and garlic squeezed through a press.
Brush the liver cakes with yoghurt sauce and lay out the fried vegetables.
Fold all the cakes, brush with sauce and filling. The cake is ready. Put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
