Below I will tell you in more detail how to cook lingonberries with orange for the winter. Optionally, add a cinnamon stick or star anise for flavor if you like. Orange adds a pleasant citrus note to the sour berry. It turns out sweet, thick and delicious jam.
Prepare all ingredients.
Sort the berries and rinse.
Soak oranges in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, then drain and dry. Cut into wedges, remove seeds if necessary.
Then scroll through a meat grinder along with the peel.
Transfer the lingonberries to a saucepan, cover with sugar. Put on low heat.
Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
Then add the orange paste. Boil for another half hour.
Spread the resulting jam in pre-sterilized jars, tighten the lids and cool.
Lingonberry jam with orange is ready, bon appetit!
