Below I will tell you more about how to cook lentil sausage. If your blender is not powerful enough, then cashew nuts can be presoaked in water and replaced with lentils with cereal. If desired, smoked paprika can be added to the sausage.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Fry dry lentils in a pan until golden brown.
In a blender, grind all ingredients (except Italian herbs) to a uniform consistency.
Pour the resulting mass into the pan. Start warming up at an average temperature (or below average), the mass should not burn or clump.
The mass will be completely ready after 25-30 minutes. It should thicken, become darker, easily separated from the edges of the pan.
Put the finished mass on parchment. Form a sausage.
Sprinkle parchment with vegetable oil, sprinkle Italian herbs. Roll sausage in spices.
Wrap the parchment, curl the edges firmly. Remove lentil sausage to set in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
