Description of the preparation:

Delicious and spicy salad can be prepared from ordinary mushrooms and vegetables. Thanks to the addition of boiled carrots, the dish will turn out not only delicious, but also nutritious, hearty. You can take it with you to work, on a trip, on a picnic.

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Rinse fresh mushrooms in water, cut them into slices. Warm up 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a pan, add mushroom slices to the bowl, salt. Sauté for 4-5 minutes. Cool.

Put the fried mushrooms in a deep bowl. Rinse the celery stalks, chop and add there.

Peel boiled carrots, rinse in water and cut into cubes. Add to container to other ingredients.
