Lenten julienne with mushrooms – a step-by-step recipe with a photo on Povar.ru

Cooking description:

Lean julienne with mushrooms is easy and quick to prepare. You will need mushrooms, onions, lean mayonnaise and a little flour. Use any mushrooms, I had champignons.

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the onions into cubes.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft – 3-4 minutes.

Pour in the mushroom slices, fry with onions for another 6-7 minutes, add spices to taste.

Sprinkle with flour, stir.

Add lean mayonnaise.

Pour in some water, simmer for a couple of minutes over low heat.

Place the mushrooms and sauce in the cocotte makers and bake the julienne for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
