The dough of the pie turns out to be rather stringy, and to distribute it on the layer of nuts, soak a spoon in water. You can also not layer the cake with nuts, but sprinkle them on top of the dough and bake. The pastry tastes like a gingerbread.
Prepare the required ingredients.
Wash the lemon, pour over boiling water and remove the zest.
Pour water into a bowl, squeeze lemon juice there.
Add sugar, lemon zest, vegetable oil. Stir.
Add flour, baking powder.
Stir the dough with a spoon. It will turn out to be thick, viscous.
Grease the mold with butter, put 2/3 of the dough. Spread nuts and candied fruits on the dough.
Spread the remaining dough over the candied nuts. Place the prepared pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Consider the characteristics of your oven!
After the time has elapsed, remove the pan with the finished cake from the oven.
Transfer the cake from the pan to a board and chill well.
