You can use store-bought lemon juice instead of fresh lemon juice. The amount of salt and pepper should be adjusted independently according to individual taste preferences.
Prepare your ingredients.
In a bowl, combine mustard, water and egg. Stir.
Transfer everything to the bucket. Put butter in the same place.
Pour in salt and ground black pepper.
Heat everything until the butter dissolves.
Squeeze out the lemon juice. Stir.
