Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash all vegetables, dry and peel. Cut the carrots into slices, onion in half rings, and bell pepper into medium-sized slices.
Transfer all prepared vegetables to the pan. Wash green beans, cut ponytails, cut into several parts. Transfer to the rest of the vegetables.
Add tomato paste, butter, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook for 25 minutes under the lid over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
At the end, add the minced garlic and vinegar. Boil it for another 1-2 minutes and remove from the stove.
