Prepare your ingredients.

Peel sweet peppers from seeds, cut off the tails. Cut the vegetables into strips.

Peel the onions and cut into quarters into rings.

Chop the cabbage.

Cut the tomatoes into large wedges and place them in a blender bowl.

Pour oil into the bottom of the pan, then add vegetables – cabbage, peppers and onions.

Pour in tomato puree, add sugar and salt.

Simmer vegetables for 30 minutes, pour in vinegar 5 minutes until tender. Stir, boil and you're done.

Divide lecho into clean glass jars.

Roll up the lids, turn the cans upside down and insulate. Let cool.

Store in a dark pantry or cellar. Output – 2 cans with a volume of 0.45 liters. Bon Appetit!
