Description of preparation:
This recipe will be relevant during Lent, for vegetarians or for those who just want to diversify their diet. Vegetables can be used any seasonal, each time getting a new and interesting taste.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan. Lay out diced onions and grated carrots.
Sauté the vegetables until tender.
Add the julienne pepper, the sliced tomatoes and the chopped garlic.
Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked and discard in a colander. Then add the pasta to the vegetables and warm everything together for 5 minutes.
Lean pasta with vegetables ready. Enjoy your meal!
