Prepare all the ingredients.
For lean sour cream, grind sunflower seeds with water with a blender. Add salt and lemon juice.
Cut cucumber, wheat sausage and radish into small cubes.
Finely chop the greens with a knife.
Boil potatoes in their uniforms. Cool, then cut into cubes.
Add the potatoes to the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Shuffle.
Put on a plate a portion of okroshka, add lean sour cream and pour kvass.
