Description of the preparation:
The recipe is simple and affordable. It does not take much of your time, and the ingredients are in any store.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Peel and chop the onions into a homogeneous gruel in a blender or cut them very finely with a knife.
Add salt, sugar and yeast to a glass of warm mineral water. Stir and set aside.
Sift flour into a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp. sesame seeds and chopped onions. Stir with a spoon.
Pour in the yeast mass.
Knead the dough with a spoon, pour in 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Knead the dough.
The resulting dough is soft, does not stick to the hands. Round it, transfer to a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
After the time has passed, the dough will increase slightly. Divide it into 4 parts.
Grease a baking sheet 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Shape the tortillas into each piece. Make the middle thinner than the edges. Pierce the center of each cake as often as possible with a fork or tender. Pour the remaining sesame into the resulting recess. Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. After the time has passed, put baked cakes for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the finished cakes from the oven. Cover with a towel and leave it like this for 15 minutes.
After the cakes are ready to serve. They can be served either slightly warm or completely cooled. Enjoy your meal!
