Instead of water, you can take any vegetable milk, then the mousse will taste even more tender. Date syrup is used for a delicious accent, it can be replaced with any liquid syrup that you like. Everything is prepared very quickly and simply, but it turns out fantastically delicious!

Break the chocolate bar into pieces, transfer to a bucket.
