Below I will tell you more about how to make lazy sushi. Choose the type of rice that is suitable for Asian dishes. If you boil it according to my recipe, it will turn out like in Asian restaurants. You can choose the filling for sushi according to your taste.
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse the rice until transparent. Pour in clean water, bring to a boil, stir. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 15 minutes, covered. Then cover the pot with a clean towel and lid on top, and leave for another 15 minutes. Cool the rice slightly, add rice vinegar, salt and sugar, stir.
Cut the cucumber and avocado into cubes.
From the nori sheet, cut 2 circles the size of a culinary ring.
Place a circle of nori on the bottom of the cooking ring and half of the rice on top.
Place the cucumbers in the next layer.
Brush them with a greasy layer of cream cheese.
Cover with a second circle of nori and lay the avocado layer on top.
Cover with the second slice of rice. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds on top.
