For the pie, we use two types of cheese – Adyghe and hard. We make this version of the cake with oatmeal and wheat flour. The result is a very tasty cake, delicate, it is so fragrant that it is difficult to come off. You can serve it with sour cream, herbs or fresh vegetables.
Prepare all ingredients.
Pour kefir into a bowl and beat in a few large chicken eggs, add salt and pepper to taste.
Beat the kefir and eggs with a whisk.
Grate Adyghe cheese on a medium grater and add to the base.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the container.
Grind oatmeal in a blender bowl, add to a bowl of cheese. Also add wheat flour.
Mix all the ingredients well together.
Place the dough in a greased skillet and fry the pie under the lid over low heat, on one side for 4 minutes and on the other side for 4-5 minutes.
