Lavash pies with cottage cheese are an excellent solution for a family breakfast. For a short time on the table will be rosy pies with delicious filling. I suggest using a sweet filling of cottage cheese, sugar and raisins. Perfect for tea!
Prepare the ingredients.
Cut pita bread into strips about 12×18 cm in size.
For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with sugar.
Pour the washed and dried raisins, mix the filling.
Put a couple of spoons of filling in the middle of pita bread.
Wrap the edges into a square shape. Thus, roll all the pieces of pita bread.
Shake the eggs. If the eggs are small, use 2 pieces.
Dip the patties in the egg batter on all sides.
Put the pies in a pan with heated oil.
Fry the pies for 2-3 minutes on low heat on both sides until golden brown.
