Lavash pies in the oven

You can make lavash rolls as a snack during the day, take them with you to a picnic or to work. Delicious both warm and cold. You can safely experiment with the filling. The recipe is budgetary, simple, but very successful. Feel free to use it in your daily menu.

Prepare all ingredients.

Let's start preparing the fillings right away. The first filling. Grate cheese, sausage on a coarse grater and stir.

Second filling. Grate cheese, add chopped fresh earth and stir.

Third filling. Grate pumpkin and hard cheese on a coarse grater. Season with salt, pepper and stir.

Cut the lavash into squares. I have 4 pieces coming out of each lavash. Grease the pita bread with softened butter and spread the filling closer to one edge.

Do the same with all the fillings.

Then, roll up the edges and roll each pita bread into a roll.

Dip each roll in beaten eggs and place on a greased, parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rolls. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
