Prepare your ingredients.

Twist the meat and onions in a meat grinder. Add salt and mix well.

Trim the edges of the pita bread to make it rectangular. Lay out the meat filling and flatten it out.

Fold the pita bread in half.

In a bowl, stir well the milk and flour.
