Lasagna is a traditional Italian dish. There are many options for making lasagna. Today I propose to cook lasagna with stew. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Put the stew in a pan, add finely chopped onions and fry everything for 10 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes to the stew and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Wash the mushrooms well, chop finely and place in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Add chopped onion and saute until tender.
Add flour to the fried mushrooms and mix well.
Pour in milk at room temperature, salt and mix gently.
Place a sheet of lasagna on the bottom in a baking dish and top with the fried stew.
Put the lasagna leaf on top of the stew again, put the mushroom sauce on it.
Sprinkle each layer with grated cheese and send it to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
