Prepare the ingredients, boil the eggs in advance.
Chop onions, pickle them in rice or apple cider vinegar. Add a little salt and sugar to balance the taste.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes, put in a salad bowl.
Drain the liquid from the corn and add it to the chopped cucumber.
Finely chop the crab sticks, add them to the salad bowl, add the same sea kale.
Finely chop the boiled eggs and also add them to the salad. Drain the marinade from the onion, put the pickled onions in a salad bowl.
Stir salad, season with mayonnaise. Better if it is homemade mayonnaise.
If you do not plan to serve the whole salad, then you should not immediately fill it with mayonnaise. Dress with as much lettuce as you will serve, so it will retain its freshness longer. The salad turned out to be very tasty and healthy, suitable for both a casual and a festive table.
