Over the years, the recipe has certainly changed, but the excellent taste remains unchanged. Thick soup is also called kulesh, and porridge from various cereals, and stew. In the classic version, millet is used, today I will tell you how to cook chicken kulesh.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut the chicken into pieces and fry over high heat on all sides until golden brown. In the process, add salt to taste and your favorite spices.
Then add randomly chopped onions and carrots.
Fry all together until the vegetables are tender.
Add diced potatoes.
Add washed millet groats. To millet does not bitter, pre-fill it with boiling water and leave for 15-20 minutes.
