Below I will tell you in more detail how to cook a Kuban appetizer. It is advisable to use tomatoes of dense and hard varieties. This snack can stand for a couple of months in a cool and dark place. In our family, such a snack does not cost long, so be sure to try it!
Prepare all ingredients.
Chop the cabbage thinly. Salt a little (from the total amount of salt) and add a little sugar, remember with your hands, so that she sips the juice slightly.
Peel the bell peppers from seeds, cut into small slices. Chop the onion in half rings.
Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots into circles or slices of medium thickness.
Combine all ingredients. Pour in vinegar, vegetable oil, add the remaining peppercorns, salt and sugar. Mix everything.
Divide the snack into clean jars.
Cover the jars with lids, sterilize in boiling water for 20 minutes (for 0.5 liter jars). Then cool and put in a cool place for 1-2 days.
