Preparing okroshka "Kuksi" is simple, but it will take from 1-1.5 hours. At first glance, there are a lot of ingredients in it, but they all go well together. At the exit, we have a cold and hearty soup, which is perfect in the heat. Often ground coriander is put in such okroshka, but this is a matter of taste.
Prepare the Cookies ingredients.
Wash the pork and chop finely. Put in a pan with sunflower oil.
Fry meat for 20-25 minutes until half cooked.
Salt, pepper. Pour 70 ml. broth or water. Cover.
Stew the pork and cabbage until cooked.
Break the egg into a bowl.
Whisk with a whisk or a fork.
Fry in a pan on both sides.
Put the noodles in a pot with boiling, salted water. Cook according to the instructions on the packaging. After water drain.
Chilled omelet cut into strips. Cucumbers and tomatoes arbitrarily, but not very large.
Collect okroshka. Pour the meat broth into a plate or bowl. Add salt, sugar, vinegar to taste.
