Description of the preparation:
Mussels are juicy and aromatic, carrots and onions also come out pickled. In principle, this option of mussels can be served as a snack or salad, or even as an addition to rice, potatoes, mashed potatoes. You can choose any spices, in our version we use a special set for Korean salads.
Prepare the ingredients.
Peel and chop the onions in half rings. Prepare a lemon.
Grate the carrots with a thin straw, transfer to a deep bowl.
Add onions to carrots.
Boil the mussels for a couple of minutes and transfer to vegetables.
Warm the oil well, add lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper and spices.
Pour the marinade into mussels and vegetables, mix everything well and leave for a couple of hours.
