Time for preparing:
Berry jelly is a healthy, tasty and beautiful drink at any time of the day for adults and children. Today I cooked it not on traditional starch, but on agar-agar. I hasten to share the recipe!
Description of preparation:
Agar-agar is a vegetable substitute for gelatin, which is obtained from algae. It is used in the manufacture of jelly, marmalade, sweets, jellies and jellied meat. Kissel on agar agar is transparent, unlike jelly cooked on starch. Agar-agar does not have a specific taste, so the drink retains the taste of berries. The only drawback is that this thickener is much more expensive than starch.
