Below I will tell you in more detail how to make jelly mousse. You can use any berries you like. Both fresh and frozen will do. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste, you can reduce the amount at will.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour the berry with water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove berries, add sugar, stir until completely dissolved. Dissolve starch in a small amount of water (2-3 tablespoons), pour into a berry broth. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
