Prepare your ingredients.
Peel the onion, rinse and dry, cut it into small cubes. Place the onions in the skillet. Also pour in the oil right away.
Peel the carrots, chop and add to the pan.
Wash and dry the mushrooms, cut into small cubes and transfer to the vegetables in the pan.
Rinse and dice chicken fillet, add to skillet.
Turn on medium heat, fry all ingredients for 10-15 minutes – until tender, stir so that nothing burns.
Transfer the finished chicken and vegetables to a salad bowl, add pickled cucumbers.
Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste.
