Beans for the filling should be boiled in advance. To do this, it is advisable to first soak it in water for a day, and then boil it for 40-50 minutes. By the size of the khachapuri, you can safely make more, only in this case you will need to fry them 1 piece in a pan.
Prepare your ingredients.

Add salt, sugar and yeast to a bowl.

Pour in warm water.

Add flour in portions.

Knead the dough.

Leave it in a warm place for an hour.

Then wrap it up, put it on a rug and roll it out with a sausage. Cut it into pieces.

Twist the boiled beans in a meat grinder, add the onion, which pre-fry in a pan until golden brown. Stir.

Roll out each piece of dough, lay out the filling of beans and onions.

Fasten the edges, roll out the khachapuri a little.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add prepared khachapuri. Fry them over moderate heat until beautiful and golden brown on both sides.

Then place the khachapuri with beans on a platter.

Serve them to the table.
