Description of the preparation:
Kefir pizza is no worse than in an Italian pizzeria. And all this in your kitchen without leaving your home. Cook a pie with any filling: sausage, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. Dry yeast can be taken; they will need three times less than fresh yeast. Following the Italian classics, you need to take olive oil, which in Italy is as much as in the Mediterranean Sea water. But in our latitudes we often use sunflower. It will be good too. From the indicated amount of ingredients, two medium-sized pizzas are obtained.
Take the ingredients for making pizza dough.
Crush fresh yeast into a bowl.
Add salt and sugar.
Pour in refined sunflower oil.
Pour a glass of sifted flour.
Kefir a little warm and pour into a bowl. Stir the dough.
Add the rest of the sifted flour.
Knead a smooth, flexible dough and place in a bowl. Pour a little oil into the bottom of the bowl.
Cover the bowl with cling film and place in a warm place. After an hour, the dough will increase in volume.
Kefir yeast dough for pizza is ready.
Bake pizza and serve hot.
