Peach-flavored fritters – perfect dessert or breakfast, afternoon snack. You can cook them in 15 minutes with fresh or frozen peaches. Serve pancakes with sour cream, fruit yogurt, hot drinks: tea, coffee, latte.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Use peaches both fresh and frozen, allowing them to thaw and drain the water.
Pour kefir of any fat content into a deep container, beat a chicken egg there. Pour sugar and salt, whisk.
Add soda and flour, carefully mix them in the dough.
Rinse the peach in water, half and remove the seeds. Dice the pulp and add to the dough, mix.
Warm the pan with vegetable oil, put a tablespoon in the butter portions of dough with slices of peaches. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Put the golden pancakes on a plate and serve warm to the table, calling your relatives for a tea party with pastries.
