Bake the eggplants in the oven until soft.
After the eggplants, refrigerate and peel. Peel and wash onions and garlic.
Hard boil the eggs, refrigerate and peel. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them off.
Grind the eggplant, tomatoes, eggs, onion and garlic through a meat grinder.
Salt all ingredients.
Add vegetable oil and vinegar as desired.
Stir the caviar thoroughly.
