The dish is prepared from a minimum of ingredients, and you can season it with mayonnaise, garlic sauce, sour cream, etc. Optionally, the salad can be supplemented with chopped hard cheese and even oranges or pineapples, if you like such flavor combinations.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Use cornstarch or wheat flour to make egg pancakes.
Drive chicken eggs into a deep container, pour in water, add salt and wheat flour or cornstarch. Whisk everything together.
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and pour half of the egg dough into it. Bake the pancake for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove it and bake another pancake in the same way. Let them cool for 10-15 minutes.
Then roll the pancakes into rolls and cut into strips. Place the slices in a deep bowl, salad bowl.
Rinse fresh cucumbers and cut off the ends on both sides of the fruit. Be sure to taste them so they don't taste bitter. Cut vegetables into cubes and add to the bowl.
Cut the smoked chicken breast into the same cubes. In the absence of such a product, use any smoked part of the chicken, cutting off the flesh from it and adding it to the salad.
Peel the onion, rinse in water and cut half of the vegetable into half rings. Add to the container along with salt and mayonnaise of any fat content. Add chopped parsley or dill, if desired. Stir the salad gently and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak.
Then place on a plate or platter and serve.
