Cooking description:

To knead the dough, you can safely use a bread maker or a stationary mixer with special attachments. Instead of water, you can use milk, yeast is suitable both dry and wet.

Prepare your ingredients.

Add dry yeast and 65 grams of flour to warm water (60 ml.).

Stir and cover the dough with cling film. Place it in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.

Then peel off the tape.

Pour in the remaining warm water.

Add salt. Stir.

Then add the remaining flour.

Knead the dough and leave in a warm place for an hour.
