Description of the preparation:
Below I will tell in more detail how to prepare a homemade bouillon cube. One serving (approximately 2 tsp) of such a cube is designed for 400 ml. water. Store the cubes in the freezer. The bouillon cube can be used not only for making soups, but also for side dishes.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Dice the carrots, celery and onions. Peel ginger and garlic. Coarsely chop the greens with a knife.
Grind everything in a blender until smooth.
Put the finished mass in ice molds. Put in the freezer until it solidifies.
Homemade bouillon cube is ready!
