Cut the eggplant into strips.

Peel bell peppers from seeds, cut into strips.

Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.

Cut the tomatoes into strips.

Fry the eggplants in a skillet with oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Fill clean, sterilized jars with vegetables and marinade juice. Fill the jars tightly.
