He of eggplant for the winter is a simple and versatile preparation. Vegetable salad turns out to be spicy and appetizing. For the recipe, use eggplants, tomatoes, carrots, onions, and bell peppers. Add garlic and Korean seasoning for spice. To keep jars of heh all winter, add vinegar and sterilize.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the eggplant into strips.
Grate the carrots with a Korean grater.
Peel bell peppers from seeds, cut into strips.
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
Cut the tomatoes into strips.
Fry the eggplants in a skillet with oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
