Use quality ham for the recipe, I used beef ham. Also buy good processed cheese so that there is no cheese product with added palm oil and fat substitutes. In addition to ham and cheese, add fresh cucumbers and canned peas to the salad. You do not need to cook any of the ingredients – cut and mix with mayonnaise. The salad turns out to be hearty and tasty.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the ham into cubes.
Trim the tails off the cucumbers. Cut the vegetables into medium cubes as well.
Cut the processed cheese into medium cubes.
Place the chopped ingredients in a plate or bowl.
Drain the marinade from the peas, add the beans to the salad.
Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste, add mayonnaise.
Stir and the salad is ready.
Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
