Description of the preparation:
In addition to the proposed vegetables, you can also use zucchini, zucchini, carrots, red onions, meaty tomatoes. It turns out very beautiful if you take Bulgarian peppers of different colors. About 2 cans of 500 ml are obtained from this amount of ingredients. The appetizer turns out to be bright, fragrant, and well diversifies the everyday menu.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash eggplant, cut into strips. Salt. Wait 10 minutes, then rinse in cold water and wring.
Wash bell peppers, remove tails and seeds. Cut into 2-4 pieces. Wash green beans, cut off the ends, cut 2-3 parts.
Grill all vegetables on both sides. Fry the eggplants and peppers for 5 minutes on each side, the string beans are enough for 2-3 minutes.
Put vegetables tightly in jars. Between layers, add a couple of cloves of garlic chopped into plates and finely chopped parsley.
Boil water, add vinegar, salt and sugar.
Pour marinade. Cover, sterilize jars for 20 minutes. Tighten the covers tightly.
Grilled vegetables for the winter ready.
